Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for sales. This internship is designed for individuals who can confidently connect with prospects, articulate Webority's service offerings, and convert leads into qualified opportunities. You will step directly into live B2B IT sales assigned to real accounts, building real pipelines, and contributing to deals that matter. Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Pitch Webority's products and services to decision-makers and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Track all conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM or Excel.
  • Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
  • Research target accounts and key contacts to sharpen outreach and improve conversion.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to spot new BD opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns aligned with lead nurturing goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Final-year students may also apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English. Confident in cold calls and professional emails.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting, pitching, follow-up, and closing.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work on-site from Gurugram (5 days a week).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Prior sales or marketing internship experience is a plus, not a requirement.
