Role Overview

As an Associate Sales Manager (Intern) at Webority Technologies, you will gain hands-on experience in B2B technology sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through market analysis, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
  • Assist in lead generation through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with prospect interactions and pipeline data.
  • Participate in client meetings and learn consultative selling techniques for IT services.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content for lead nurturing.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: MBA/BBA/B.Tech or equivalent; final-year students may also apply.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome; prior internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with CRM tools.
