Hospital management system builds for hospitals, labs, and clinics

We design and develop hospital management software and the patient-facing surfaces around it. Recent healthcare work spans a NABH super-specialty hospital, a multi-city pathology booking portal, and a Gurugram chiropractic clinic platform.

Custom hospital management system development

We help hospitals, diagnostic networks, and clinics build a hospital management system that fits how their care teams actually work. Each of the three engagements below shipped a live healthcare product. None were template installs. Each shaped scope around one real bottleneck the client was hitting in production.

Anil Baghi Hospital, NABH super-specialty, live since 2022

A NABH-accredited super-specialty hospital needed its patient-facing digital front door, the acquisition layer that sits on top of any HMS deployment. We designed services discovery, specialty and consultant browse, and the appointment-request flow. Shipped January 2022 and still live, handling patient enquiries for the hospital across departments.

Rapidx pathology booking portal, multi-city since 2019

A pathology network needed the consumer-side workflow that plugs into an HMS LIS module. Patients search labs by city and test, reserve slots, and receive results. We owned the discovery and booking surface a complete hospital system needs at its lab edge. Live since March 2019 across multiple cities.

Painflame chiropractic clinic platform, Gurugram, 2022

India's first dedicated chiropractic clinic needed its clinic-side digital surface to complement clinic-management software. We delivered services and treatment specializations, practitioner credentials, gallery, and a booking entry-point. Shipped 2022, designed so a small practice could run the patient-facing layer without an IT team.

What ties these three engagements together

All three started with the client owning the clinical workflow and Webority owning the patient experience around it. All three landed with a small core team, three to five people, staying through launch and follow-on. None shipped a generic theme. Each one was wired into the client's referral, intake, or LIS dependency before go-live.

Where this service fits and where it does not

This fits when you want a custom hospital management system or the patient layer wrapped around an HMS, and you have a clinical lead who will spend two hours a week with us. It does not fit when the brief is "match Practo feature for feature in 60 days." That is a SaaS purchase, not a build.

If your situation looks like one of the three above, book a 30-minute scoping call.

Frequently Asked Questions

A first usable release lands in 10 to 16 weeks for a patient-facing surface like Anil Baghi's. A full custom hospital management system covering OPD, IPD, billing, and pharmacy is a 9 to 14 month engagement, shipped in monthly releases rather than one big bang at the end.

Yes. We build cloud-first on Azure or AWS, with data residency configured per region. ABDM for India, DHA and MoH for UAE, and MyHealth Record for Australia each need different consent, identifier, and audit patterns. We scope these in the first two weeks rather than retrofit them.

Buy SaaS if your workflows match the off-the-shelf model and you can adapt to it. Develop a custom hospital management system if your protocols, billing rules, or referral network do not fit a generic product. The three engagements above all picked custom because their patient acquisition or lab booking flow was specific to them.

Both, depending on the engagement. Rapidx integrates with an LIS rather than replacing it. Anil Baghi is the patient-acquisition layer on top of internal hospital systems. A full HMS replacement is a separate scope and we run it as a parallel-run cutover, not a flag-day switch.

Three to five engineers for the build phase, one product lead, one designer part-time, and a clinical-side liaison from the client. The same core stays through launch and the first two release cycles. We do not rotate people off after handover.
