Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at Webority Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and requirements to understand the impact of changes in IT systems.
  • Design, test, and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Document and evaluate existing business processes and workflows.
  • Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans and functional specifications.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of system solutions.
  • Facilitate training and provide support to business users on new systems or processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
