BUISNESS ANALYST

As a Business Analyst at Velocity Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing technology-driven solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making.

• Analyze business needs and requirements to understand the impact of changes in IT systems.
• Design, test, and implement solutions within project constraints.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows and user manuals.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and outline necessary adjustments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
